SLIGXUpdates on SLIGX as they ship: new game mechanics, map and AI changes, and the occasional note on why something works the way it does. This is also the changelog — if a match you're playing looks different from last week, the reason is probably here.
A new pause button for solo (Player vs AI) games freezes the clock — no turns, production or combat — so you can step away and come back to the exact same match later.
The fog overlay is now a light gray at high opacity by default so it actually stands out, and admins can pick its color and opacity from Game Settings.
Shift-click to send from several planets at once, mouse-wheel zoom for crowded maps, and fog of war now shades unexplored space with a radar ping when it pulls back.
A wormhole could strand a planet out of sight for good under fog of war, events on hidden planets vanished instead of being described, and crowded maps could blank out labels for planets with plenty of room. All fixed.
Change your password from the account menu, a Caps Lock warning on login, co-op teams bigger than two, a skull for defeated players, collapsible side panels, and plain-number stats when the map is too crowded for bars.
A new lobby option: your team only sees the galaxy it has scouted or conquered. Here's how vision works, and how we made sure nothing gets stranded behind it.
What SLIGX is, how a match works, and what makes the AI bots worth taking seriously.
