The send panel now sits at the bottom of the screen

Change. The panel for sending ships used to pop up over the map, often on top of the very planets you wanted to click next. It is now a fixed panel docked under the map. It shows the same information as before: the source and target planets with their ships, attack, defense and production, the ship count with its slider and percent buttons, the arrival time, and the Cancel and Send buttons. When nothing is selected it shows a short reminder of how to start a send. On phones the same controls stack and scroll inside the panel.
